Bright’s suite of online software modules and services can be applied across a range of environments.
One of the most difficult activities for most organizations is getting a handle on the type and volume of labour they need at any given time. Our systems and services can be applied to develop workforce models that can be used to as part of contracting strategies, planning recruitment demand and developing organizational budgets.
Our systems provide organisations with the tools to create talent pools in an integrated manner and process them through a recruitment and selection process in an efficient and user friendly manner.
Safe working environments are the result of many elements. One of those is knowing that the workforces coming onto a construction or operations site are appropriately skilled and capable of undertaking work safely and competently.
Our Validation and Compliance system provides a robust and time efficient model that establishes a central repository for site based approvals. Once someone is authorized to access site the system can interface these approvals to other operational systems. This model of centralised authorisations means there is no confusion about which system contains the latest information.
The Validation and Compliance system provides support for those people who have legal responsibility for safety on site.
Ensuring correct processes are followed and only approved people are authorized for site access requires a robust and efficient process model.
Our Mobilisation and Logistics module facilitates the booking of inductions, co-ordinating of flights and accommodation and ensures that mobilising workforces have completed all the required obligations prior to mobilisation. This process provides an excellent control over cost by ensuring only authorised persons can submit requests and approve induction, travel and accommodation costs.
The information gathered in the Mobilisation and Logistics module can be interfaced with flight booking and camp management systems to eliminate the need for duplication of data entry.
The Visitor Management Centre manages access requests for visitors and short term workers. VMC provides a workflow to verify the authenticity of reasons for visits and provides an approval/tracking process.
VMC eliminates all manual handling of requests for site access, including inductions, flights and accommodation.
A key benefit of VMC is the ability to manage and give visibility to the costs associated with visitors to site e.g. flights, accommodation, and inductions.
Once again the benefits of an integrated visitor management system is the ability to centralise the control over access approvals and eliminates people approvals being stored in different systems in different locations.
Despite there being significant value in workforce analytics the collection of ‘man-hours worked’ is typically a significant administration burden. Information must be submitted in a timely manner, then collated and reported.
The Workforce Reporting System is a secure, on-line system for Contractors and Project personnel to submit daily and monthly manpower details.
Man-hours worked is collected and reported by employee or Contractor name, job classification, designated work area within the Project and contract number.
Workforce Reporting can be integrated with gate security access systems to provide a greater level of control and safety management.
In addition to ‘man-hours’ worked, we are also able to provide the facility for the data collection and reporting of HSE information.
The workforce reporting system provides high powered operational and project analytics including:
