No project is exactly the same and business rules differ from site to site depending on such factor such as environmental restrictions, HSE factors or HR policies.
In order for our services to accurately operationalise the workflows for the site, the system must be customised to reflect the client’s specific needs and standards.
Bright has a process which takes the client through a process of facilitation and confirmation to ensure that the solutions implemented reflect exactly the client’s requirements. Once implemented, there is also flexibility for the client to add further refinements if they see the need.
The architecture of our systems enables significant integration and interface with existing internal and 3rd party systems. Our approach is to encourage the interface of data between systems to avoid duplication and repeated data entry of the same data.
At our Bright offices we provide training services in our dedicated training facilities. Over the past 8 years we have trained over 300 clients and contractor organisations and over 1200 individuals on the use of our products. This training is delivered primarily by our experienced trainers; however, we have the flexibility to deliver onsite and online if required.
Once our systems are implemented, we provide clients ongoing help-desk support to assist the users with any enquiries they may have. The help desk can answer enquiries directly by phone or via email.
On any construction or operational site, clients have a range of standards that must be met before work can commence. These range from legislatively required certifications to experience on particular types of plant or machinery.
Bright provides clients with a labour verification service to independently check the standards of the workforces being mobilized to site.
